The Lightroom plug-in (the .lua files), the standalone app and helper program (the .py files and app_ui.html in the
helper folder, from 0.9.3), Setup-Mac.command, the installers, logo.png, the app icons and the documentation are the
property of The Picture Org LLC and are licensed under LICENSE.txt.

Third-party software bundled with the plug-in and the app
---------------------------------------------------------
These components are not owned by The Picture Org LLC. Each keeps its own license, which applies to it alone. On
Windows they are inside the python-win folder. In the Mac download they are inside the python-mac folder (Apple
silicon): the same NumPy, OpenCV and rawpy versions (paths below with python-mac/lib/python3.12/site-packages in
place of python-win\Lib\site-packages; LibRaw is rawpy/libraw_r.25.0.0.dylib), and Python 3.12.15 from
conda-forge with OpenSSL, libffi, bzip2, SQLite, expat, zlib and xz, whose licenses are in python-mac/licenses
(see python-mac/README.txt). On an Intel Mac, Setup-Mac.command downloads OpenCV, rawpy and NumPy from the Python
Package Index into helper/mac-packages, under the same licenses.

ExifTool 13.59 (exiftool folder), by Phil Harvey
Copyright (c) 2003-2026 Phil Harvey. Free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms
as Perl itself (the Artistic License or the GNU General Public License, version 1 or later).
  Source code and documentation: https://exiftool.org
The copy here is the one packaged by PhotoStructure's exiftool-vendored project (MIT License,
https://github.com/photostructure/exiftool-vendored.pl), which adds two small changes of its own (ExifTool
stops when the program that started it closes; progress messages for image hashing). Labelwell's standalone app runs ExifTool as
a separate program and does not change it.
On a Mac it runs with the Mac's own Perl (/usr/bin/perl, part of macOS).

Strawberry Perl 5.32 (Windows only: exiftool\win\exiftool_files)
The Windows ExifTool package by Oliver Betz carries a portable Perl from Strawberry Perl, licensed under the
same terms as Perl itself; the licenses of Perl and the libraries it includes are in
  exiftool\win\exiftool_files\Licenses_Strawberry_Perl.zip and exiftool\win\exiftool_files\LICENSE.
